(they'll get those booties underneath them eventually!)So, Aurora has been begging me for a while for a dance class, and I did in fact give in. I guess I was just a little hesitant about sending her down the same path I tread . . . and about affirming the princess leanings . . . but I went ahead. And I think it was a good choice, because man, dancing four year-olds are cute. She is enrolled in a ballet/tap/tumbling combo class at our local Y once a week. Her teacher is Miss Stephanie. And Aurora says she loves her class. "Dancing isn't so hard after all, mom," she says . . . I guess I might beg to differ . . . but I'll let her live with her sweet illusions for a while.
